01Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to tradersonly4u.com and to people who hold an investor or affiliate account with us. It explains how we handle information that identifies you, or could reasonably be used to identify you.
You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@tradersonly4u.com or through our contact page.
02Information you give us
We collect the information you provide directly when you use the service:
- Account details: your name, email address, telephone number, and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and are never visible to us.
- Identity verification: identity and address documents you upload, and the details shown on them, so we can verify who you are.
- Financial activity: deposit and withdrawal requests, amounts, payment method details you supply, transaction references, and any proof of payment you upload.
- Referral information: if you join through a referral link or take part in the affiliate programme, the connection between the referring account and yours.
- Correspondence: support tickets, messages sent through our contact form, and any attachments you include.
03Information collected automatically
Some information is recorded automatically when you use the site, largely for security and record-keeping:
- your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with sign-in attempts, administrative actions, and contact-form submissions;
- the date and time of account activity, including successful and failed sign-in attempts; and
- a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a security token used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
We use these cookies because the service cannot function securely without them. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
04Why we use your information
We use personal information only for defined purposes:
- to create and administer your account and provide the service you have asked for;
- to verify your identity and meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations;
- to process deposits, withdrawals, and distributions, and to keep an accurate ledger;
- to produce your statements, performance reports, and notifications;
- to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and abuse of the platform;
- to respond to your questions and support requests; and
- to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
06Content loaded from other services
Some parts of this website load resources from third parties, which means those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads:
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used across the site;
- jsDelivr, which supplies the charting library used on our performance page.
These providers do not receive your account details, and we do not use them to identify you.
07How we protect your information
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Repeated failed sign-in attempts are throttled. Actions that change your account are validated on the server and tied to your signed-in session.
Identity documents are stored outside the public web directory and cannot be retrieved through a direct link. Administrative access to accounts is restricted by role, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
You can read more on our security page. No system can be completely secure, so please also protect your own account with a strong, unique password.
08How long we keep information
We keep account, transaction, and verification records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for the period required by applicable financial, anti-money-laundering, tax, and accounting rules.
This means that closing your account does not immediately erase all of your information. Records we are legally required to retain will be kept for the required period and then deleted, and security logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it;
- object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information;
- ask to receive certain information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent, where our use of your information relies on consent.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some rights are limited where we have a legal obligation to keep records. We will explain our reasoning if we cannot meet a request in full.
10International transfers
Your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, including where our hosting, payment, or support providers operate. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure the information continues to be protected appropriately.
11Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly open accounts for or collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, our providers, or applicable law change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be communicated to account holders where appropriate.
13Contacting us
You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@tradersonly4u.com or through our contact page. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
